Recruit new retail health agents and expand the agent network Generate Gross Written Premium (GWP) through agent performance initiatives Design and deliver training programs for agents on product knowledge and sales techniques

What you'll do

• Recruit new retail health agents and expand the agent network
• Generate Gross Written Premium (GWP) through agent performance initiatives
• Design and deliver training programs for agents on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to agents for coaching and relationship building
• Provide hand‑holding support to agents to address challenges and improve results
