Relationship Manager - SME & Insurance Inclusion

About the role

You will coordinate non‑motor insurance proposal processing, ensure compliance, and support the growth of inclusive insurance solutions across the SME segment. Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance brokers serving SME clients. Recruit, onboard, and mentor IRDA‑registered agents aligned with SME insurance goals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate non‑motor insurance proposal processing, ensure compliance, and support the growth of inclusive insurance solutions across the SME segment
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor IRDA‑registered agents aligned with SME insurance goals
• Manage end‑to‑end handling of non‑motor insurance proposals, from quotation to issuance
• Collaborate with underwriting and product teams to tailor offerings for SME needs
• Monitor broker and agent performance metrics and implement improvement plans
