About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – TFE to lead retail sales initiatives in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch administration.

What you'll do

Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings
Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability
Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service and establish service standards
Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance
Manage productivity and morale of branch team members
