About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail liabilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.

What you'll do

Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance
Achieve cross-selling targets progressively across product categories
Generate fee income through strategic product placement
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delight
Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment
