About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail liabilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.

• Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance
• Achieve cross-selling targets progressively across product categories
• Generate fee income through strategic product placement
• Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delight
