About the role

You'll drive insurance sales, manage relationships, and provide training and support to your team, ensuring compliance and an excellent customer experience. Identify agencies/agents with high business potential to recruit quality agents/Empanelment brokers to drive business Engage in recruitment of some different line of agents to focus on health and non-motor business, so to focus on segments of LOB and activation of recruited agents as per benchmark

What you'll do

• Drive insurance sales, manage relationships, and provide training and support to your team, ensuring compliance and an excellent customer experience
• Identify agencies/agents with high business potential to recruit quality agents/Empanelment brokers to drive business
• Engage in recruitment of some different line of agents to focus on health and non-motor business
• Achieving Assigned PMS Target through intermediaries Mapped
• Recruiting Agents and providing regular trainings and selling Insurance policies, Hold regular meetings/Interaction with agents, Lead Provider

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Insurance
• Sales
• Compliance
• Diploma or MBA
