About the role

To acquire and manage customers for Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) products, drive business growth through sourcing new loan opportunities, and ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

What you'll do

• Source Affordable LAP business through self-sourcing, open market channels, connectors, DSAs, and referrals
• Identify potential customers requiring secured lending solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and assess eligibility
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan sanction and disbursement
