About the role

Origination, execution, and monitoring of real estate project financing, bridge loan financing, and commercial warehousing financing transactions in respective geographies.

What you'll do

• Lead real estate project finance/bridge finance for the bank
• Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships in the real estate sector
• Work with developers/corporates for funding requirements, developing strong relationships with top management
• Lead a team and manage financing transactions end-to-end, including sourcing, due-diligence, credit evaluation, approvals, and post-disbursement responsibilities
• Lead negotiations with clients and intermediaries

What you need

• 6–12 yrs of experience
• CFA
• Credit risk
• Treasury
• Sales
• Credit appraisal
• Due diligence
• B.Tech or B.E. or Chartered Accountant or CMA or CFA or MBA
