About the role

To achieve monthly sales targets by sourcing and converting leads into secured loan disbursements. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets in terms of Value and number of files
• Identify and approach potential customers for secured loans
• Generate leads through door-to-door campaigns, local marketing activities, and customer referrals
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Explain loan products, terms, and benefits to prospective customers
