Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets in terms of Value and number of files

Generate leads through door-to-door campaigns, local marketing activities, and customer referrals
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Explain loan products, terms, and benefits to prospective customers
