About the role

Responsible for customer acquisition, group formation, and loan disbursement. Conduct field visits, customer verification, and center meetings. Ensure timely EMI collection and portfolio quality. Maintain customer records and follow company policies/processes. Achieve business and collection targets while ensuring good customer service.
