About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive vehicle finance business, specifically in the Commercial Vehicle (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Multi-Utility Vehicle (MUV) segments. The role involves leading a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, managing dealer and manufacturer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.

What you'll do

Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure productivity and performance
Interact with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business
Establish tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs
Develop and manage both direct and indirect sales teams
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan application and disbursement processes
