About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive vehicle finance business, specifically in the Commercial Vehicle (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Multi-Utility Vehicle (MUV) segments. The role involves leading a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, managing dealer and manufacturer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure productivity and performance
• Interact with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business
• Establish tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs
• Develop and manage both direct and indirect sales teams
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan application and disbursement processes
