What you'll do

• Architect and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across search, social, display, and emerging channels
• Manage and optimize significant monthly budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CAC
• Lead the testing roadmap for creative, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates
• Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and report on key performance indicators to executive leadership
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing assets that resonate with our target personas
