Remote IT Service Desk Analyst - India (6 month contract)

About the role

This position will be 6 months contract. (possible to renew when the terms end) You are the remote first point of contact for IT across our international offices, resolving incidents and service requests through our ticketing platform.

What you'll do

• Working primarily in writing (with AI-assisted translation), while also handling occasional calls and online meetings, you troubleshoot Microsoft 365
• Handle first- and second-line tickets
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Administer accounts, mailboxes, licences and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Support users and devices remotely through approved remote-support tools
