Reporting Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis (f/m/x)

About the role

Support budget, forecast, and Mid-term planning processes across the organization. Prepare regular management reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) and business performance analysis for Senior leadership. Perform variance analysis and identify key financial and operational performance drivers for a dedicated area of the organization (Region and/or Business Unit).

What you'll do

• Support budget, forecast, and Mid-term planning processes across the organization
• Prepare regular management reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) and business performance analysis for Senior leadership
• Perform variance analysis and identify key financial and operational performance drivers for a dedicated area of the organization (Region and/or Business Unit)
• Support special projects on demand: Carve-outs/ M&A, external reporting, building financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across FP&A reporting processes
