About the role

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic and possess strong customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We welcome candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher. The position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and operates from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Adoni Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
