About the role

As a counter sales representative, you will assist customers with their purchases, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment in the shop. We are looking for candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Bijnur Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
