Required Female Staff in Chennai - 10th above

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales. We are seeking candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Chennai Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
