About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. We seek motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. This position offers a starting salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Dharwad Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
