About the role

We are looking for candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and possess strong communication skills. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and growth within our retail environment. As a Retail Executive, you will work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Kalpetta Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
