About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are seeking candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are eager to work in a dynamic environment. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Marthahalli Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
