In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can engage with customers and provide excellent service. • Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Serampore Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
