In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. • Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Tezpur Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
