About the role

We are seeking candidates who are motivated and eager to provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good communication skills. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

• Greeting and interacting with customers
• Manage walk-in customers at Thanjavur Retail Shop
• Understand their needs and show products
• Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
• Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
