What you'll do

• Grievance & Feedback Management
• Handle parent concerns, queries, and administrative grievances promptly
• Coordinate with internal school departments to resolve issues and track resolution times
• Collect and present parent feedback to leadership for process improvement
• Counsel prospective parents on school curriculum, campus culture, and admission processes

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
