About the role

The primary focus of the role is to support Cell Biology activities including laboratory operations related to DH0 production and greenhouse operations related to DH1 seed and crosses production.

What you'll do

• Execute all relevant in vitro lab operations with donor plants including sowing, planting, marker sampling, explant harvest and disinfection
• Ensure explant plating, subcultures, embryo harvest, regenerant transfer as per set target/commitments
• Preparation of daily media and stock solutions, glass washing, autoclaving
• Ensure DH1/Sc-1 seed production targets to meet
• Operate flow cytometry, analyze results and identification of true doubled plants and their acclimatization
