Research Partner Account Manager

About the role

The Research Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving annual sales, market development, and strategic growth across Illumina's Research portfolio in India. The role will lead engagement with key research institutions, government organizations, academia, national genomics programs, and strategic research partners to accelerate adoption of Illumina's sequencing and multiomics solutions.

What you'll do

• Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, research institutes, academia, genome centers, and national research programs
• Drive revenue growth, price realization, instrument utilization, and consumables adoption across the research portfolio
• Identify and develop new strategic research opportunities, including national genomics initiatives, population genomics, agriculture, and translational research
• Expand geographic reach across metro and Tier 2/3 cities to increase research market penetration
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including multiomics, through scientific engagement and solution-based selling
