What you'll do

• Perform reverse phase preparative HPLC purification of APIs, intermediates, impurities, degradants, metabolites, and synthetic target compounds
• Develop and optimize purification methods using C18, C8, Phenyl, Biphenyl, and specialty stationary phases
• Execute preparative purifications ranging from milligram to multi-gram scale
• Design and implement purification strategies for challenging compounds with poor solubility, low stability, or complex impurity profiles
• Optimize mobile phase composition, pH, buffers, gradients, flow rates, and loading conditions
