Reservation Associate

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Associate to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will be the backbone of our reservation operations, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm while converting them into confirmed bookings.

What you'll do

• Work collaboratively with our Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences
• Handle incoming reservation inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring complete and accurate information is recorded according to standard procedures
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to optimize room occupancy rates and maximize revenue opportunities
• Perform daily reservation filing, correspondence, and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail
