About the role
A premium hospitality group in Surat is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservationist & Guest Relationship Executive to manage restaurant bookings and deliver an excellent guest experience.
What you'll do
- Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, changes, and special requests
- Plan table allocations and coordinate with restaurant teams
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally
