About the role

Process and manage guest reservations through multiple channels, including telephone, email, and online booking systems Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and confirming bookings with accurate information Maintain detailed records of all reservations and ensure data accuracy within the property management system

What you'll do

• Process and manage guest reservations through multiple channels, including telephone, email, and online booking systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and confirming bookings with accurate information
• Maintain detailed records of all reservations and ensure data accuracy within the property management system
• Liaise with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Optimise room inventory and rates to maximise revenue whilst maintaining occupancy targets
