Reserving -Manager-2 Plus years-Bangalore/ Mumbai

About the role

The role offers an opportunity to work across actuarial reserving, business performance analysis, IFRS 17 reporting, regulatory submissions, and strategic risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of General Insurance experience and a minimum of four actuarial papers cleared.

What you'll do

• Support actuarial reserving activities across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), analyse business performance, assess reserve adequacy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Risk, and IT, to generate actuarial insights and support business decisions
• Contribute to regulatory actuarial submissions, financial reporting, and Board-level actuarial presentations
• Partner with relevant teams on automation initiatives to streamline and improve Business-as-Usual (BAU) actuarial processes
• Support IFRS 17 implementation and reporting, Risk-Based Capital (RBC) projects, and other strategic actuarial initiatives
