What you'll do

• Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of assembly technicians and operators on the engine assembly line
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and adjust work schedules to meet production goals
• Monitor the assembly process to ensure operations conform to defined standards such as cycle times and build sequences
• Analyze production schedules and work orders to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
