About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager (RM) to lead the daily operations of a restaurant or F&B outlet. The RM will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience, managing staff performance, ensuring profitability, and upholding service and hygiene standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and ambiance
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence
• Manage reservations, guest feedback, and conflict resolution
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and P&L reports
