What you'll do

Lead P&L for a large retail conglomerate
Oversee sales operations and business growth for Tamil Nadu region within the fashion and apparel sector
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
Monitor and manage store performance to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory and supply chain processes
