Retail Purchasing Administrator

About the role

The Retail Purchasing Administrator at Trek plays a key role in ensuring that the right products are delivered to Trek stores in the right quantities at the right time. By processing store orders accurately and promptly, the role helps maintain stock availability, control inventory costs, and support customer satisfaction and sales growth.

What you'll do

• Store Ordering & Purchase Order Processing (80%)
• Raise, amend and confirm purchase orders in JDE, using Ascend EPOS stock and sales data to ensure orders are accurate
• Send, receive and reconcile orders, confirmations and updates with suppliers through their B2B portals
• Process data uploads as required, validating files before and after loading
• Maintain buying-related master data accurately
