About the role

The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating new leads and nurturing existing customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities. As a key member of the Sales & Business Development department, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
• Activation of the onboarded customers
• Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
• Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
