As a key member of the Sales & Business Development department, you will be responsible for generating fresh leads and establishing relationships with customers to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate should have completed at least their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills.

What you'll do

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
• Activation of the onboarded customers
• Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
• Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
