You will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales while ensuring a positive customer experience. As a key member of the Sales & Business Development team, your efforts will contribute significantly to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

What you'll do

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
Activation of the onboarded customers
Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
