About the role

The ideal candidate will engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to boost sales performance. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Retail Sales Executive will work towards building strong customer relationships and generating fresh leads through various marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
Activation of the onboarded customers
Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
