About the role

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new customer leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline through effective marketing and engagement strategies. As a key member of the Sales & Business Development department, your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our retail operations.

What you'll do

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
  • Activation of the onboarded customers
  • Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
  • Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
