About the role

You are responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability in the hotel; continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Manage inventory and pricing: Review and adjust room accommodations, rate inventory, and group cut-off dates based on demand trends
• Optimize sellout strategies: Collaborate with Front Office leadership to implement sellout strategies and ensure daily inventory balance
• Lead revenue management meetings: Conduct weekly meetings to evaluate booking trends, pricing strategies, and market opportunities
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies: Monitor key revenue reports, analyze booking pace, and refine strategies based on performance insights
