Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other business teams to process contracts, billing activities, and operational requests while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Support accurate and timely order-to-cash operations by processing contracts, invoices, billing transactions
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate contract requests, resolve operational questions
• Manage customer subscription and renewal information within business systems
• Review contract adjustments, invoice corrections, and credit requests by validating order history, billing details

What you need
