What you'll do

• Build the operating backbone for Customer Experience and Partnerships by ensuring our processes, systems, and data work together seamlessly
• Own the instrumentation of key workflows in HubSpot, establish reliable metrics and reporting, maintain operational hygiene
• Own the Customer Success Operations including CX process instrumentation and CRM hygiene on Hubspot
• Owning of key metrics definition and periodic (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting including renewal, retention, upsells, GDR, NDR, Logo retention
• Own the Partnership Operations including Partnership process instrumentation and CRM hygiene on Hubspot
