Revenue Ops Lead

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to drive operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. This role will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Leadership to optimize processes, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance CRM effectiveness, and enable scalable revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Own the organization's end-to-end business intelligence framework
• Consolidate data across all business functions to establish a single source of truth for leadership
• Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards that provide real-time visibility into business performance
• Analyze trends across revenue, profitability, client acquisition, utilization, productivity, operations
• Convert complex datasets into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations
