Revenue Transformation Lead

About the role

The Revenue Transformation Lead for the Lead Development team is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability of the Lead Development function. This role partners closely with LDR leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, and IT teams to optimize processes, tools, reporting, and data integrity—enabling LDRs to focus on high‑quality pipeline creation.

What you'll do

• Operational Excellence & Process
• Own and optimize end‑to‑end LDR operational processes (lead routing, assignment, follow‑up SLAs, handoff to Sales)
• Identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to increase productivity and pipeline quality
• Document and maintain clear operating procedures, playbooks, and workflows for the LDR organization
• Serve as the primary operations owner for core LDR tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Cognism)
