RFSOI MOSFET Compact Modeling Engineer

About the role

The team is responsible for developing industry-leading compact (SPICE) models for bulk and SOI MOSFET technologies that form a critical component of Process Design Kits (PDKs) used by customers worldwide to design RF semiconductor products and systems. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of semiconductor device physics, modeling, characterization, and advanced RF technology development.

What you'll do

• Develop, extract, calibrate, and validate compact SPICE models for bulk and SOI MOSFET technologies
• Support development and maintenance of Process Design Kit (PDK) compact models for customer design enablement
• Perform analysis and interpretation of semiconductor device characterization data
• Develop and optimize compact model extraction methodologies and workflows
• Collaborate with process integration, device engineering, characterization, and design enablement teams
