Five years post-doctoral experience with high-quality, peer reviewed publications as first author, co-author, or corresponding author. Skill based contributions to large multi-author publications will be given due consideration. Product development scientists must have excellent track record in technology development, patents, experience of transferring to industry and commercialization.
