About the role

The Regional Head will be responsible for driving Gold Loan business growth across the assigned region by leading Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and field teams. The role involves achieving business targets, expanding branch productivity, strengthening customer acquisition, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Drive Gold Loan business growth and achieve regional disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets
• Lead and manage Branch Managers and Regional Sales teams to ensure consistent business performance across the region
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase customer acquisition and portfolio penetration
• Drive business through multiple channels including branch sourcing, customer referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Monitor branch productivity, customer service standards, and operational efficiency to maximize business output
